What's the difference between S1, S2, and SE website templates?

S1

S1 is our most basic offering. At a lower price point, it offers everything you need for a website in just a Home page and a page to advertise your vacancies.

Design changes are limited to whichever beautiful template you choose. However, you will be able to change the logo, colors, text, and photos to optimize your brand and offerings.

S2

S2 is the house favorite! S2 sites are what you think of when you think "website". They allow for pages most clients need to advertise their services and brand: Home, Vacancies, About, Services, Contact pages and more. S2 sites allow for up to 24 pages to set your brand and services above the competition. Note: More pages can be added after your site goes live for a slightly increased site services fee - so growth is always an option!

Design is centered around the template but you will be able to request elements you like from other templates to make your site unique. As with all our sites, we will be able to change the logo, colors, text, and photos to optimize your brand and offerings.

SE

SE ("Site Expanded") is an S2 site that can accommodate a higher page count before taking your site live. An SE site is an exciting option if you want a page dedicated to each property or community association in your portfolio, or if you have a large collection of resource pages for your website visitors. Note: Any S2 template can be used for an SE design. These SE templates are simply already built with your needs in mind.

All about page count: While S2 sites allow for up to 24 pages to be built by your designer, SE sites can have up to 150 pages built by your designer! This is a great option if you have a large collection of content you'd like to include on your site. In both cases, more pages can be added after the site is live, so this page count is based on what your designer builds for you before taking your site live.
